Blood Castle Level Requirements for MG and DL:

BC 1 levels 10-60
BC 2 levels 61-110

Devil Square Level Requirements:

Not really, rr only makes difference on how fast you complete it. Well, of course the difficulty level goes higher as you climb levels, example: BC5 is certainly harder than BC2. But in the end of the day, if you're high rr it doesn't matter.
