will this feather make my wings lvl 2 wings?

Yes, with 1 chaos, 1st lvl wings at least +4+4, and probably to get more success rate you'd like to add there excelent items at least +4+4.

The 1st wings can be +0+0, the exc item need to be more than +4+x

what to do in order to create 2nd lvl wings:

ingridients:
1 first lvl wings at any lvl. (even +0+0)
1 chaos
1 Loch's feather.

in order to increase the success rate u will need to add excellent items, and they should be at least +4. no need for anything else.

naturally, the higher the lvl and the better the options, the more success rate u will have.

NOTE:
upgrading wings is random. meaning if u have wings of elf and u try to upgrade, they will be upgraded (if successful) to any of the 2nd lvl wings...

btw, if anyone wants to create a bigass guide on EVERYTHING a new player needs to know, with photos and all, it would be appericiated and i will stick it in the guides section or somewhere more noticable.
