Anyway, how about it goes like this, you pay 1bill for a ticket and then at the end of the week a random ticket is drawn out of all the tickets, and that ticket holder will get the jackpot gathered from all the tickets' purchases... once the drawn is made all the tickets purchased that week will be erased and new week begins so people can buy new tickets... the more tickets you buy the more chances you have to be selected from the bunch of tickets...
Everything would be stored into the database so no 'keepers' would be needed...
Don't know how long it would take me to code this, also depends on my free time, but it would be doable...

*Weekly Automatic Event
No keepers needed - Database does everything.
*Every ticket bought adds to the number of entries.. - Always a winner
Example:
Judo buys 1 ticket = 1Bil
Feva buys 8 tickets = 8Bil
PotHed buys 1 ticket = 1Bil
10Bil jackpot,
Feva 80% winning chance
Judo 10% winning chance
PotHed 10% winning chance
So, the more you are willing to gamble the better chance you have of winning
