Here is my Guide to finish the last quest.

I don't know what lvl exactly u need to start it but lets say 380 .

(1)
- Lvl 380 go to Priest Devin , He will tell u to find 9 items
- 3x Feather Of Phoenix ( drops by Dark Phoenix in arena/icarus )
- 3x Flame Of Death Beam Knight ( Drops by Death Beam Knight at Tarkan2)
- 3x Horn Of Hell Maine ( Drops by Hell Maine in Aida2 )

(2)
- When u finished that u go back to Priest Devin , He will tell u to kill 30 Monsters in Barracks . 10x Soram(Hero) , 10x Death Spirit(Hero) , 10x Balram(Hero)
- When u killed the 30 Monster go back to Priest Devin & he will tell u to Kill 1 Dark Elf ( Hero )

Priest Devin is located at : Devias (185x30) & Barracks (35x88)

3th Quest is usefull if u want more points at reset , after 14rr u get 200 if u rr at 2nd quest , if u finished 3th u get 200 More points ( but u have to do the quest always again & again & yes again)
