Here is a full stats guide, lvl 3 wings, feather of condor, and making 3rd quest.

you can be any lvl when doing 3rd quest, as long as u have the items, now if u notice the quest shows the werewolf in crywolf, as ur quest hunt also....
REASON i not take it out of guide is cause when all s4 files are finished by staff getting unbugged, the quest will be the way the guide is set to
