the whole problem with auctioning accounts that have been banned is that a person that's had the account banned could get there account back its a horrible idea but nice try

Ok, I've waited on this one to post my opinion. Personally I think one should work for all their levels. Not buy an account with levels already done for them.
I say delete the accounts. Just my 2 cents worth.
If you want to auction off anything, maybe auction off some of the items in the accounts.
