Banned Account Auctioning

Permanantly Banned account auctions..
Minimum bid 5k TC..
hmm, can the email be changed, that might be an issue..
that way.. money goes into the server.. helping admin / owner with cash 
and people have access to some decent accounts that have been remaining dormant..
Ideas?
I was also thinking about 2 year old+ accounts, but Gackt pointed out someone could be in a coma ^^
Admin / Owner if you hate this idea, sorry just a suggestion..

i think its a good idea i came up with.....just think, alot of banned accounts, with rr's, never to get in game.........an auction would give the buyer the access to play a great rr char

it the user is not ip banned, than they are permitted to buying other accounts anyway...
Maybe if we make minimum bid 7k TC and name change compulsory.. will help any users worry about hackers  |

well not auction banned accounts that are banned for a few weeks or a few days
auction the forever banned accounts, and with no sets, or 1 set, 1 weapon
Yet the owner cannot buy it back, cause the buyer, would change the email , and the char name
Same as wen u see the thread on changed player name , there can be one on banned account buyer/change

No offense but i don't like it.. The accounts were banned for a reason, not to be recycled. If people don't want there accounts banned they should abide by the rules. Permanent ban means exactly that... permanent.

As was stated though..
idea is for auctioning Permanently Banned accounts..
I understand it's recycling accounts.. which doesn't sound good when it's put like that..

I like the way this is put..
The user was cheating and was banned.. not the little elfys / characters
It can be implemented that the banned user cannot rebuy the account..
otherwise.. Frank said never going to happen..
