Twilight MU MOD Applications - July 2014

Hello everyone,

It's that rare time of the century when we're recruiting new MODs :zom1:

Before you apply please read and understand that as a MOD your duties are:
- be active
- help out other players as much as you can (with answers to their questions)
- no favoritism
- no abuse of power
- doing events in-game
- if possible promote Twilight MU to bring in new players
- have fun of course

We will be voting on the submitted applications in the next few weeks and the chosen MODs will be announced on our Forum and Facebook.

*Please fill in JUST ONE application per person, multiple applications from the same person will be ignored.

Applications will close at the end of 15th July 2014. That is the last day you can still apply for the MOD position if you haven't already.

Starting with the 16th July 2014 our Staff Team will start voting on the candidates and we'll announce the new MODs around the 23rd July 2014.

I didn't want to do this and I know that this will not change anything now but I will have this said for the next generation of players applying for MOD.
I have readed all applications for MOD and I got a bitter taste exactly the opposite of what I expected to see. I am extremely disappointed of how some of you have treated this thing thinking that it is all just a joke and being MOD is nothing but being a clown and show off how great you are. Applying for MOD is a responsability and it should be treated just like a real job interview with maximum seriousness as jokes are not going to lead you to anything good (and saying that your job is former porn star or farmer and you're growing weed, proves a great deal of ignorance and it will not put you in a good light).

This is a serious thing gentlemans. Results will be as serious as your actions.

Being a staff member means players will hate you for enforcement of rules, but it's how we survived this long. Working g staff will bring the server together. I welcome new help.

Then again what's the point taking a "game" serious as if going to be like a job interview? If your hoping for a player that fits a criteria than guarantee you want find it. Pretty sure everyone understands the basics of hosting events and to know how to communicate with players. Its about being active and being consistent that matters.

Being a staff member requires a higher level of seriousness as it not everything all pink and bright you dont need to only be active and constant as you say in fact you're nothing of all this you dont even get in game from what I see and let me tell you another thing: showing up on forums every now and then to say hello and being "funny" is not making you active. Playing the game and being aware of server and community's condition is making you active and constant.
Once again this thing requires a higher level of seriousness. Level that is obviously you dont understand.
Dont be upset about this. Learn and move on.
