First of all i notice CS is once again in the 6 hour bracket it is always in =( (4am to 10am server time always, guess ill have to stay up all night to play it again)
2nd, is Server Time still going by daylight savings time of the old? I know here in USA we now have day light savings time 3 weeks earlier. It used to be my time = 1 hour difference between server time, but now they are the same?
