Guild Rank Score - redone
 

We've had some debates on the Guild Ranking Formula, so I had to make it better than what we had before...

As to form an idea this is what we had before... each member in a specific guild would generate a rating:
- 1 point per character lvl
- 20 points per each reset
- 7000 points per elite reset
And all the ratings from all the characters in one guild would sum up to form the total Guild rating.

I've modified the formula to include economic power as well as character power as follows:
- 1 point per character lvl
- 20 points per each reset
- 7000 points per elite reset
- 1 point for each 1 TC
- 1 point for each 1bill Zen in ZenBank
- no points are counted for characters that are inactive (haven't logged in at least once in the past month)

With this new formula the Guild Rank will consist not only in their Characters' resets but also in the economical power of that Guild.

Also making inactive Characters not count towards a Guild's Rating will make people be more active and will make Guild Masters demand more active Members.

Also added 3 more columns in the Guild Rank:
- Chara. Power = is the score from levels, resets, elite resets
- Econ. Power = is the score from TC and Zen
- Activity = shows the % of activity the specific Guild has

These 3 columns will help people create an overall idea on every guild's power source and their activity level.

*Also the Guild Ranks now refresh every 10 minutes (down from 1 hour) as the rest of the ranks.
