I've seen a couple of candidates submitting their applications incorrectly. As a result I'll re-post the application form that Phoenix has created and also give you some quick tips about it.

Now, all you have to do is copy the coded text and paste it in the text box in which you'll fill up the application form in and have it submitted.

TIPS:
- Make your application look professional and serious. Consider it as a real job.
- Correct grammar, highlights, all kind of modifications are up to you considering you don't change the questions (like some people have done so).
- There's no big need for emoticons, remember it's a serious application which will be reviewed by every STAFF member. It's up to you whether your application will win more votes or not.

- If you really don't care about getting accepted or not I'd suggest not to even consider making an application, there are people who really do care and want to get accepted. Any kind of "funny" application posts will only make the procedure harder for the STAFF team and the candidates.
