Well I know there is a difference between actually uploading a torrent to a place and uploading while downloading and when it's finished.
But tbh, it's not to different after all... You're still helping other people to get the movies or what ever it is.
But sure I do agree that it's a bigger "crime" to actually be the founder of the torrent itself.
