All of what you mentioned are supposed to make the game easier, right? Except for the breathing part. I think there's a stamina limit as to how long can you run for. There are also a bunch of road and air vehicles, jet packs and Halo's multiplayer mods are much more fun than CoD's. Really, no comparison there. If you were talking about CoD 1 or 2, sure they were good games for their time but now it's not worth it anymore, what you get is the same game every year with a different name and slight modifications.
