Default SQL server 2005 problem

as title says.
K, madness starts in the next line.
, damn! I hate vista!
K, here's the point.
I used to have SQL server 2000 on windows XP (my old good comp).
On this laptop I use now I have vista. And as some people now, Vista doesn't allow you to use SQL server 2000. So I downloaded parts of SQL server 2005, the big 900 MB SQLEVAL and the 300 MB SP2.
And now I can't find Enterprise manager! And also no service manager. What is it? I need more files? what what!? XD
I don't know what to do but I need it to get my PHP / register / login script running .
Anyone who can solve this?
