let me try make it simple to understand for those who wants to make items at chaos globin at svr3 here in twilight :

Middle Option at chaos globin:

1) collect hearts n gather good +11+x items n lots of chaos
2) have enought zens, example 10million or more
3) goto chaos globin n make chaos items with 1 chaos n a +11+x item(eg. bronze armor +11+8)

[now u will have made a chaos item...can be +0 or +4+12+luck(max)]

To make wings u need chaos items+4+x n above

choose Top option at chaos globin :

items required :

1 chaos
1 shiny item +11+x
1 chaos weapon +4+x or above
zens

success max 100%

u will get either Angel/Satan/Fairy wings with or without any option randomly. No choice of wings.

To make 2nd gen wings like Soul/Devil/Spirit/Darkness wings for SM/BK/MUSE/MG respectively:

minimum items required :

1 satan/angel/fairy wings, any 1 of them ( +0+16 =about 52%success only)
1 chaos
1 Blue feather ( can be bought at Alex in lorencia N gate exit)
zens

u can try to jol the wings to +20 or 24 to give higher % (max 90% success)

choose Top option at chaos globin n put those items above for a 2nd gen wings randomly.

NOTE :::: 90% still can fail making a wing !!!!!!!! it happened to me before ^^

to make a cape for DL u will need a crest of monach instead of a feather.
