After looking trought the logs we found out how this possible unique to this date bugged occured and it was clear to me once Phoenix told me that a jewel of bless had been applied to your +15 sword. Do you know what happened? Your auto loot program just picked the jewel the moment it droped and caused a bug which made that program to add the jewel to your sword bugging it to downgrade.
I dont want to hear explanations or excuses or hear you deny it.
If you lose any other item due to this ilegal program you are not getting it back.
