Just to let everyone know before the voting starts:
- Only Staff Members will be able to vote on the candidates.
- We will vote based on:
+ How active that candidate has been in the past (ingame and on forum)
+ How helpful the candidate has been (ingame and on forum)
+ How player-friendly the candidate has been (ingame and on forum)
+ How well he/she interacts with others (ingame and on forum)
+ How well he/she speaks English and is able to clearly communicate with other players
+ How well he/she understands the game and the rules of the game and how well he/she has followed the rules in the past
+ A big minus for each candidate will be if he/she has ever been Banned and/or in trouble with the Staff Team
- The new MODs will be announced few days after the recruitment is closed, time for our Staff to vote and discuss on the candidates.
