option 1:

the SAME PEOPLE would get tc every month... since they're maxed... can u imagine how fast they reset? its quite insane ^^... so theres me, at 30 rrs... and then there's a maxed char at 999999 rr... guess who's never gonna catch up and have NO CHANCE at getting tc every month... i think option 1 is a terrible idea.. =/.... also the economy si goign to be flooded with eveything because they jsut stock up tc and buy whatever they want with it =x
