I think this could be so. I have been using 4k agi. and when I use alcohol my ES doesn't work anymore. This adds 20 to my speed. which I would have to run my agility up to 4200 for it not to work at that speed. Not the 5700 listed. Of course I could be wrong in my thinking or calculations ^^
