cheat or problem?

ill report this player DeathCrown also beth08 & windgod,Crowned
cause this player always deals with me,then when me meet at destined location
he changes the deals..
Its the third time this deal that we had(several different dealings)that DeathCrowned changed.This is the 3rd time
Thats why i report,cause its a waste of time for me,
to select server,bcoz my pc is slow, and takes me 5-7 mins to reconnect.

The story now is,he was buying (2)AA sword+9 i said offer.He replied 20/20.
I said 25/25.He said Deal.I said wait Me 5 mins to Server 1 ill pm you when Im there.
Then when we are trading he said..I only got here 20/20 and 5 Jols is it ok?
I said we talked about 25/25 you said deal and now you saying 20/20+5 Lifes?
He said i forgot because i Ups it on my item..its ok for me if he is new player
but hes not a new player! I know him when i was 5 RR,He was playing Twilightgame.
He is not noob in dealings but what he's doing i think is not right.
Pls take a look i made a shot of him saying deal and what ive said to him i just wrote for to see only what ive said..pls reply this msg so i can post screen shot

They are all the same person and I just came from a deal with him that took 30 mins... Well it can't be considerate a cheat but is annoying to play with ppl like this I doubt STAFF can do somthing about this I mean I also can go there and say a thing like

Sell 10K TC = 3 apples

and when ppl mail me to not answer
The solution is to ignore him and not make deals with him anymore who know maybe he is just a trool

that is just a matter of dealing, first of all, you said he is buying, so it means that he is wanting that item so if he didn't meet your items price. then don't deal with him, simple as that.

yeah, he's really annoying kid, but never mind that.

if the deal is been cancel or changed it's still up to the player if they go on or not, but on the scenario there is no cheating happen, it's the annoying doing so^^... and the problem is "Brain" maybe^^ but in this cases you don't need to waste your time if they don't like to trade. :p it will look so desperate if you push your item to be trade or sold which is not good to see. there was a saying... "GOOD THINGS COMES FROM THOSE WHO WAITS"...

There's nothing we can do about this whatsoever. He's not cheating or hacking or anything; he's just dumb enough to do stupid things.

My advice, stop trusting him.
