That's not a trojan in the installer...
The trojan attached itself when you were downloading/installing it so it was already on your comp.

I had the same thing in older launcher, because it had auto-update feature which my old antyvir treated like trojan.

Do you really think we would give all the people that plays a trojan? If we did no 1 would play here. Just extract the files to a folder and use the folder to play the game (Launcher). Like i said, sometimes when files are packed, the antiviri's detect the packers as a trojan.
