Default Elf Penetrate Skill Agility Bug
Yup as the title implies there is an agility bug with the skill. It occurs at about the same time as it does for Multi-Shot skill. My question is it permanent from there to max stats? or like Multi-Shot skill it starts working again after you exceed a certain amount of agility/attack speed?

Please any help would be appreciated, and thank you. :wave:
