Although Im not so sure what you mean by refine, Most processes dealing with The JOH can be done with Elpis (Large Female NPC, At the End of Maya Event.)

JOH can be applied directly to items.

thats cool, but whats the best option and how do you raise the options once you get them on?

Best sets option is Damage Decrease rate %, u can improve it by using Upper Smelting Three

and in weapons i believe Attack rate increase (PVP) but Wizardy damage increase in staffs looks sexy too :)

Imaginng a viper staff+13+28+rate+2%+380opt+31% wiz dmg

the wizardry damages isnt in % ^^, it is like ur +28 opt on a staff

i know cos i have this opt :P

this is a 65k stats server... so anything which dont increase by % is not as useful as thought~~!!

let say u have a 8k wizardary damamge... which is quite common... but basic calculation:

8000/50 = 160 <--- (2%)

with additional dmg added from JOL +28 and JOH +31:

28+31 = 59 <--- is not even 0.3 of (2%) exc option...

therefore, in my view... anything option which is not increasing by % is not really useful for JOH option in a 65k stats server...
