I believe you are wrong in your calculations:
Percentages 10%
1=0.10
10=1
100=10
1000=100
10,000=1,000
100,000=10,000
1,000,000=100,000
10,000,000=1,000,000
100,000,000=10,000,000
1,000,000,000=100,000,000

so that's makes it Aaron (Slipknotrix) right in his calculations if I'm an Elite and I pay 5,000,000,000 (5bil) for reset 10% of that will make me pay 5,500,000,000 (5.5bil).

Well, 1 elite reset costs a random from 1b to 5b... the randomness among all 5 options is equal, so the same odds are to be 1b, or 2b, or 3b, or 4b, or 5b.

Which means that on 100 Resets, an average cost is not 5b... it's 2.5b... so my math is correct.

It cannot be 2.5 as there is no option to go point of a bill only a whole number? so you will have to round up to 3?

It's an average (wiki)

Which means you add up the cost of all 100 resets and you then divide that sum by 100, then you'll get the average reset cost, which is 2.5b exactly...

i like it. only one complaint tho 10% seams a bit much even the in game tax on npc transactions maxes out at 3% i like to see that set as the limit for the reset tax as well xD other than that tho i love it =D

ps. 3% from everyone is still a lot of zen ^_-

I'm ok with the tax just ouch man right out of the gate with 10% seemed a little harsh. but i will just pick up a few more JOG to off set my costs <3
