I agree with the first part, that Apple started to suck more and more over the past few years... BUT... Microsoft isn't the answer to your problems... Google is (aka Android).

Google is becoming more and more like Apple when it comes to morals, running their stuff and customer support. Android sure is a much better deal than iOS right now and it's admirable how their OS grew wide so fast. However, I still prefer to side with the company that has been making smartphones for 12 years, long before any of the other companies even had plans of doing it. And now they're making a big new step in that department by releasing their latest great Windows Phones, top of the line devices such as the Lumia 920, Samsung ATIV S and so on. The Windows Store (Microsoft's App Store) is expanding fast and many of the staring apps on the other apps, are now releasing on WPs. Some of the newly released features are better than what Apple and Google have been providing for years.. Xbox Music, Video, Live, SmartGlass, and so on.

Cool fact, Lumia 920 is indeed the most innovative phone in the market right now.
Confirmed, Windows Phone 8 sales up 300%.

This is not a debate however, I clearly made this thread to state how Apple is ripping off people daily and don't give a flying damn about customer service and their 'fans'. My preference to Microsoft is a completely personal choice for my own reasons.

i use a mac iphone4s and ipod3 and they runn ok . i got mac book 2 years ago and he run alot and he work fine i got 1 acer and his batterz go down about iphone i cant saz nothing bicouse all know what is.im not funn apple but for moment products stell ok.and if u buy a dell whit windows or acer slide its same price like apple soo?what its diffrent?i can run windows in mac and runn fine

I use windows Xp and 7, 8 i not really fond of, such a 4 step hassle just to turn it off or restart the damn thing.

besdes that microsoft and apple have both drop drastically in the ranks and rating percentage with loses almost coming into the 65%, Samsung has overtaken apple, and will keep ovetrtakign them, appl only has iphone, iphine, iphone, and no more G comps... so they are starting to ruin the things mr Jobs has accomplished.
