Yes, i do know sets and weapons add or decrease your total speed. but when youre still elf, youre limited to the basic weapons an elf can use. when i got the bug at above 25250 agility, i tried all the weapons that i have in my vault that an elf can use, thinking that maybe the saint crossbow im wearing could be bugged at that agility and i even bought the weapon at store in noria but still doesnt work. i asked for party so i could level up until i can make quest and lose the bug. maybe it's just me experiencing this, i dont know. ^^

When i had that bug i tryed everything^^ All kinds of bows and crossbows, didnt help :P Like i said before it depends on the speed... tought it was like from 508 till 550 or maybe less im sure for the 508+ tho check ur speed and make sure its not the bugged one, i dont think its a new bug or smth... i tested it after my elite.

Yeah, i think i'll check my speed the next time i rr and see on what speed i get bug :)

I checked the speed this last that i rr and saw that i was indeed bugged at speed 508 to 550. I guess it all depends on what set/weapon/pendant you are wearing. as for me, with the argo spirit set i wear and the saint crossbow i use, i am bugged til 25549 agility which is 550 speed. ^^

im not 100% on elf as ive nvr trained one lol but it is not acurate what i posted in phoenixs first post its not far off tho

nice guide. Doesn't always work but it's nice, like my DL could hit with 7500 agi with Fire Scream, but not with 7800. question: Does Ice Storm always work? ty

Yes, Ice Storm can be casted no matter how much agility stats you have.

i discovered that 13326agi(+90speed thanks to weapons) is savety for MGs(evil spirits are not bugged), can somebody help me with next step?? 15-20k...._???

nobod helped so i had to help me myself those r my results( tested without weapons)... i tested areas 0-11200 and13350 - 16100....0 - 11200it is ok,from 13350-13801 it was bugged, from 13802 to 16100it was ok:) soon i ll test the area 11200-13350....and after all the 16100++:))
