Summoner Skill.

This is just a little memo i think should be posted to warn our players who play Summoners. Today an admin was in game doing a little bit of testing with a few other players at gate. He came to the conclusion that Summoners skill Beserker (obtained from Scroll of Night) is bugged. To use, or exploit, this bug is illegal by the rules of Twilight MU. I am not exactly sure of the consequences for using this bug, but if you are caught you will be punished. For the reason that you know if you use this skill you can 1 hit kill any character, no matter the reset, class, or items that character wears.

For other players, if you witness any Summoner using/abusing this bug to their advantage please obtain a screenshot and post it here. Your help will be greatly appreciated.


For those who play a Summoner and use this bug to your advantage please stop. It is going to only result in a punishment decided by staff. There is no i did not know it was a bug, i mean really people come on. Lets make this fair for everyone.

And b4 anyone goes wild on me using the skill. I am not completely innocent in this for i have used this to my advantage b4. But in turn i didnt at that time realize that the skill was a complete bug. Considering the fact that 50% of the time i can out pot this on my bk.

But as for now it has been rules a bug by a staff member and is now ILLEGAL, without a doubt. So i myself reset my Summoners skill list and will not be adding the skill back to her.

Lets all do our best to end this.

No character, no matter its strength and class can resist this combination which is clearly a bug that gives summoners an edge over everyone else no matter how weak they are.

I was very disappointed to log on and see for myself that various players were exploiting this bug. I was ingame for barely 10 seconds and having just gotten out of town, you nailed me with it Grant. Which is ok, whoever it was it wouldn't matter to me, what matters is the action. Then moments later, angel26 pops up and does the same. I'm quite sure there are many more players using this bug to their advantage and we will try to either fix it or somehow disable it until we see how it goes in the new files.

Nonetheless, even though you 2 guys sent me for an early bath, your hard to achieve co-operation in the end was welcome.

I'd like to thank Karan especially for helping me test this bug live (even though he had to die quite a few times for that), plus putting in a detailed video example of this bug and what it does. He shall update this thread when the video is done so you can all see how it works, how bad it is, how to know when someone's using it.

Again, we're working on fixing that issue.

Until then, please don't exploit/use this bug to your advantage as it is unfair and it will cause unnecessary drama and fighting. Enjoy the game.

the buff goes off eng you wont see a 0rr kill a 500rr tho it is a bit op at high rr i beleave i told yall about this when we first updated

It is advised to not use it at all. Now we can't always keep eyes on you and follow you but you'd be appreciated if you played fairly and avoided the usage of this bug.

In the meantime, we'll try and find ways to fix this.

i dont see this to fair bk have the over power stuff no character have that damage that bk has,why dont live players still enjoy the summy till the new update then if is still the same yes try not to use it but for now i dont see the point the new update is close so let it be the way it is,my opinion thanks

ok guys thx for the info...im waiting u for be fix this noob bug...for now im out to used that skill (now we summ dont have more dmg for this i stop to pking to the war...im waiting the Upgrade and if i see more dmg on my summ without bug ill come back to pking )
