I think it would be cool to wipe the server and start anew.

Reasons:
How much does option on a set really matter if you have 65k stat points? New seed options are basically worthless.

How much does partying exist when the ppl serious about training dont wish to slow themselves down by partying?

How much fun do you have (being asked to players with 300+ resets)? Really all you care about is getting more resets, but once you have them your like wtf, what do i do with all these resets, might as well sell my character and start a new one, or buy a different class with lots of resets.


We once had a server where so much more mattered, back when max resets was 15. The constant increase (50, 100, 250, 350, elite, 500 elite) has made many things in Twilight mean little to nothing.

But now seriously, we constantly try to bring new content to the game to keep people busy with something... and I really doubt that so many people worked so hard just to lose it all now on a server wipe... It has been suggested b4 and was rejected both by Staff and community...

i know this will be flamed, but i think this game would be even more active+ppl would be more interested if it was a new start.

There is already a great player base.

+ Most of us are so addicted we would complain for about 5 mins then be UBER excited about collecting new items and lvling and all sorts of stuff.

I'd love a way we could start over ^^, and maybe with a little less xp rate, because this rate turned out to be quick enough to get people so high, that the game isn't fun anymore ^^.

although, it might be good to find a way to keep this database too :P

Its an idea but honestly in reality, the majority of the server population will just leave. This server runs on the same old 250 people coming on frequently. A lot are on the brink of just quitting, and by resetting the server, basically making them to do so. If we need to, an admin could just set up a poll, yes, no, and don't care. But my own opinion is sure, when everyone is new to a low rate server it is so fun, *starts to reminisce of Alchemy*

i dont like idea im plaing close 2 years and im still cant finish this game(mean make max rr and colect nice set) i chosed this serv coz its not like at others servers every 1year i need start from begin. i juz want back after 1y and i want log at my acc. i know u want make game more interesting for new players but dont forget realy problem is PT new ppl not making them chance start with all ppl from begin. Now if u dont want pt some1 u can alvays give him some zen or exelents if we wrench everythis and we make a "rats run" again.

Better idea would be find a solution for keep new players here.

when ur playing and other PC game are u deleting ur Saves before u finish it?? its not interesting for me

did u say 250 ppl Exq. we never pass 150...which i believe something is wrong somewhere, that we cannot go any higher then 150.

Must opinion is how hard the drops to anything has gotten.. I remember when exc, and hyon and naything used to drop in arena, or any high maps, even a guardian item for an elf, since season 3 these items has been very hard to come by, It is almost extint like the dinosaur ages...

The only way a noob will find an item , is if they lucky to find some1 to give it to them, or if u go to market u willl not find the item u really need....

I dont Vote on restarting all and wipe, cause i been here since dec 2006...and im 260 rr, took alot of time and money and sweat...i would leave if that would happen, im not going to waste another 4 yrs trying for 260 rr again

That's suggesting the same 150 people are online 24/7 and come everyday, I'm giving the upper bound of the statistics.

Ok, lets say you make max resets, good job, you win. Now about the set, what set do you want? 99% of the players cant kill you even when your NAKED. 99% of the monsters cant even hit you when your NAKED. Within a short time of being 500 elite you will be so bored with that character you will think "i never want to play this game again."

Although I didnt reach 500 elite (only 31 elite) I said this exact thing to myself.

Just think about it, think hard, what was it like when you first started playing mu? If you started fresh (server not established) it was probably the most awesome game you ever played. Getting a chaos made you nearly cream in your pants. Those of you who have reached 100, 200, 350, xxx amount of resets, DID YOU GET THIS FEELING WHEN YOU GOT TO THAT POINT? Not a single one of you will say yes.

I rest my case.
