[READ ME] When Reporting A Problem!
Since 90% of the people reporting a problem go like "I got X problem, help!!!"... we cannot help you at all since you do not give enough info in your report, we have to guess your character name or account name you have the problem on, we have to guess which server you had the problem on, etc.
SO if you want to report any problems do it in a manner that will help us help you, and it saves you the time that it takes for us to ask you all these things after you post your report problem post...
Here's how to report a problem:
1. ALWAYS include character name belonging to the account you have problem in.
2. SPECIFY the Server you had problem on.
3. LOOK at the server time (top of forum and on website) and remember that time of when your problem happened... and give us that time/date in your report post.
4. DON'T POST your username/password or (as some very confused people did) post screenshots in which it shows your username/password.
5. Problems related to account trading will most likely not be solved by the STAFF since we encourage you NOT TO SELL or TRADE your account.
6. Problems related to account sharing will most likely not be solved by the STAFF sing we encourage you NOT TO GIVE OUT YOUR ACCOUNT INFO.
7. If you're posting screenshots with your report be sure to include as much info in the SS as possible, meaning if you want to SS a conversation, widen the chat box to the max so we can see as much as the conversation as possible and/or take more SS to include all conversation.
Once you made your consistent post we will be able to help you out with your problem.
