I had scammed by Bulma

simply i made trade by my char ( GLADlATOR )
with char ( Bulma ) -- > elf
and our deal was
from me : exc red spirit gloves + luck + dd
from her 3 exc items + 2 twiboxtoken
for sure tokens cant be traded in trade as you know
so we made trade as trusted players
she take the gloves and but didnt gaive me tokens
so i send her mail she didnt answer and logged off
i need my tokens from this char plz

As Doaw said, we need to see screenshots of the trade agreed on. Any conversation that confirms that both ppl agee to the trade. Why did you press the trade button with out the twi boxes in there?

It was tokens, wich can not be traded. Just party drop, so it's all about trust.

Like the mentioned staffs above said, you need to present us with the SS that shows that both of u says the agreement of the trade, other than that, it will not be enough facts or information that requires, we need the one that says he will give u such such items and u will give him/her such item as a trade and ofc if is something that cant be trade, u need to include it in the SS, like those box token.

Example:

Ill trade u armor and pants for ur gloves + box token (having both player agreeing) take the SS and show it to us. Otherwise, call on any staff member while u doing the trade.

With missing information, STAFF members cant do much about it. We are neutral, if we do not have enough proofs, we will not act because we will not know who is speaking the truth and who is not, so show us FACTS.

i am really happy for your care
i have many many excelent items and not the 2 tokens is the problem
the problem is ( the trust ) in the game
this plyer push to untrust other players in trade
this player stolen me and he/she will do it with other players and this wasnt in game before
we need all players are fair without admin be while trading
i have no ss for what you want cause i trusted the player as i used to do in trade
