Hello today i was hunting zen and this Player Giresunlu posted that he buy RF-2-3rr

so i told him that i sell my 3rr RageFighter With items for 500tc..
Before that he posted that he sell Golden fenrir's for 100TC each i mailed him i waited 20 mins then he just tell me that his he don't have them someone scummed them from him then i tought how 8rr MG could have golden fenrirrs? lolz i wanted to sell him my phantom set +9+Luck+rate+dd+reff+dsr+3full socket for TC he answered that he Don't have the TC and 1h later he want to buy my RF for TC but he say first give me your Login and password then i give u TC. After i sayd THen i will request from you TC yes? he answered BB and later He PM me that he want to buy it For 20/20. lolZ

Not to bother but... I can't see any fraud in there. Did you gave him your account info?

This is my second proof that he tryed to contact me again and changed his offer and he told me that he don't have the TC.

Again... where's the fraud? He is just telling you that he don't have TC.
You should report when someone tricked you to obtain an item or an account.

don't let players try to rip you off, if you are making a deal make sure it is fair to all involved, never give password and account ID, thats just plain stupid, get paid before giving any information at all, otherwise your not thinking clearly.

game is full of scammers looking to rip players off, beware of them they are all types they use the rules in their favor because you didnt make a wise trade.

also checked his name so we know who is up to what, just ignore the player

Fraud is when he takes something from you in an illegal way. Sorry but here is nothing to punish.

As Paul and Adam said up here, we don't ban people for beeing idiots enough (Althou that rule might brake on ocassions lol). If he's dumb enough to try out a scam, and succeds, he will get banned, rest assure.
