Your votes have been restored by Irina's request, due to the fact that such a rule was not implemented in the rules of this year's competition.
This does not mean you can still go on and try buying votes, enough drama was caused by the first time so avoid doing it again.
I would also like to say that all the votes will be investigated and checked one by one after the end of the competition in order to prevent any kind of cheating that might corrupt the legitimacy of the final results.
