maybe its your computer? Is it fast enough to run season 3? season 3 does use more of your computers resources than what season 1 or 2 did.

CPU should be enough for one client in my opinion. I don't know about the graphics card. I think MU does most of the rendering by using CPU... in kind of an old fashion way. There could be something wrong with ur operating system/graphics card drivers if u have downloaded the season 3 client and installed it with all the patches. You remembered to change the resolution like Phoenix told you to do? Here some things I would check:
1) Put MU into a window with minimizer when in main menu and open task manager. See what is the CPU usage of main.exe. It should be 100% with your processor, I think. See if there are any other processes that use considerable amount of CPU. If so, try to killing those processes/closing the related programs.
2) Check your virtual memory settings in Control Panel->System->Advanced->Performance. With 1GB RAM you should have at least 2GB reserved for page file i.e. virtual memory.
3) Have you installed the newest drivers for your graphics card? Check the settings! Try reseting to factory settings... you might have enabled some option MU is not compatible with by accident.
Hopefully you aren't using Windows Vista with that setup...

i`m running Mu with 2.80 GHz and 1 GB of ram (not dual core) and my cpu usage is 60 - 80 % , we updated the graphics card driver,in other hand the net works just fine and loads up quickly any page,thats weird sh!t 
its not PC issue thats 100% cause he`s PC got heavier games and they work just fine. |

ok 50 look, its not ur computer, ur specs are fine, as far as for ur nvidia video card the se 7300/7200, its a ddr2 vid card with 256 shared mem also, so ur doing fine, just log in to mu, and with ur minimizer, wen u are logged on, minimize ur mu, while its minimized, press CTRL< ALT < DEL.
U will have the ttask manager open, wen it does, click the processes tab, LOOK thru them and look for main.exe, when at it, put mouse over main.exe, go to set priority and check below normal.....and the mu main.exe will run at a lower speed then wat its requesting, therefore, making ur mu not lag and not dc..

google a program called GAME ACCELERATOR
it will disable/idle background programs while you run a 3d game
enjoy the difference
