Believe me.
Since it exists, MU is a game that "Choose" random people's IPs and "gift" them with dc for no aparent reason... Try changing your IP address.
What kind of connection do you use?

my opinion
Ok, so if thats not the problem then they have an unknown issue via ISP? because, get this they restored thier PC, lol end of story. If you have done that correctly then windows works fine, if they loaded everything and did a full system restore and all the updates running at least 256... I think 512 meg video then nothing on thier end can be an issue, other than the ISP, and trust me server side MU doesn't have to like you ^^, I can go 66 hrs no DC then al the sudden have 4 a day random times and the other pc running mu has 140 hrs no dc I do not run allot of other programs especially, on this new PC, but vista has issues it runs more back ground services just to operate than any operating system, I am glad it is gone next year and thankfully so because the issues with vista have out weighed 98 and xp put together ^^,
I look forward to the new Windows 7... fingers crossed.

nope, changing ip was the 1st thing i tried and i recomended Ranita to do, but didint work for neither of us...
and yes, both of us use to play counter strike, and neither of us have lag problems or anything in that game... its just twi :/...
maybe some glorious day we'll be able to play normal as ever ^^

I think normal is with bugs, abnormal is without :P.
Anyway, if you scan the forum there are several things you might try, but like other people said MU likes to anoy people :P.
