Side note: Frank IP checked you. Any account that has been play under your IP will be shown. If you say you have never spoke with them then I don't understand why your IP address is the same as Toten and the rest.

the fact the 2 or more ppl have the same IP adress doesnt mean they are the same... It doesnt mean its the same computer either... unless its the same mac adress
In case you play in Lan Houses(very common for online game players) , not even the Mac adress matters

Don't matter if toten is different or same, your punishment had nothing to do with toten or whatever. You were disciplined for other reasons. Go back to the thread and re read the whole thing, then see if you have ammo to back yourself up.
