Character was invisible, caught by mod, then seen by Admin and Banned.
(Not a known bug, so understand that this was necessary)
It is possibly related to sandboxie program,
If you currently use this program for multiple windows, I recommend you use an alternate program.
We now expect there may be a rare bug which caused 5exy character to be invisible, then leading to the upset and confusion.
Character and accounts were unbanned for this same reason.
NOTE: As character was invisible, staff could not verify if character was even attacking.
So at this time we will take users word that he had a book on the mouse.
