Ks is allowed in arena, don't worry about that.
If someone says something like that just ignore him.
The bad language rule is more for stuff like harassment and discrimination.

KS is part of the game and it's more than allowed, its even encouraged to engage people into competing... you can't really expect every player to have his own private training space :bored:

Also here's the solution for KS, you get KS-ed? Go get some friends or guild members and make a party and KS back (team game)
