Congratulations to Myself
As of today 29/04/13 I have been sober for 3 years, so I figure that deserves myself a pat on the back..
As you all know, those who knew my back then anyway... I was pretty heavy into the booze so to come 3 years sober cold turkey with no assistance is a major stepping stone for me...
I am happy that I quit as it opened alot of opportunity's for myself and my family.
My next goal will be 5 years sober and hopefully quit smoking sometime this year too :)
I would like to say thanks to those who have supported me in my goal to remain sober!
