neeed to reset vip
cant stay on as i get dcd server 8 and 7 rebooted my computer but made no dif and im using windows 10 and brand new computer

This issue doesn't seem to be a general issue, which makes me believe it could be something on your end.
Try restarting your router/modem and try again.
Also if the problem persists see if it also occurs on normal servers (1-4).
