Multi-user photo manipulation

Hey guys, since there seem to be more people doing Photoshop and such again I thought it might be fun to start a photo manipulation game.
This isn't really a contest but a game in which everyone works together.
It works like follows:

I'm going to find a nice photo somewhere in my collection or from Google which we are going to manipulate with each other and I'll post that photo in this topic.
Once it's posted you guys can look at it to see if you have some fun ideas to do to the photo.
If you think you can do something fun with the photo you will have to post that you're editing the photo.
Once you've posted that you're editing the photo nobody else is allowed to work on it for 24 hours or until you post the result.
Once you post the result we will continue working with your result the same way.
If you do not post a result within 24 hours someone else may post to say hes editing the photo and we'll continue with that result.

This'll go on for a while until the photo has been edited a lot and I'll post a new one.
Of course keep in mind that you shouldn't edit the complete photo at once.
You may retouch the complete photo (stuff like increasing contrast and such) but other than that keep the changes small to medium so the photo is gradually changing.


Now for what to edit: You can basically edit anything you like. If you feel like making smoke rise from someones ears, go ahead and make us laugh!
That's the fun of the game, anything can happen to the photo.
Besides that it's also a fun way to explore your tools and learn new photoshop tricks.

Orc, this is just a thread in which to have fun.
Not only can you participate in the game, you can also discuss the edits people have done. :P
I might do one myself sometime.
