The ingredients to make a Fenrir drop in Crywolf except currently there are not mobs in Crywolf, also you need to be really high reset to kill them efficiently, even then look back at the success rate, your most likely chasing after nothing. Obtaining Fenrirs through trading players or dropping TwiBox Misc is the way to go.
