hi
just started my summoner and for some reason i cant equip my book of saharmut, but my summoner has enough stats.
other thing is...
First i played my with my elf and then clicked change char and logged in with summoner and somehow my summoner had a awesome attack speed, but it disappeared after a while.
It wasn't one time glitch, it happened again when i tried again...

its requirements are bugged much like alb / plat in s2.
put more points mainly in str and agi, and some in ene.... eventually u can wield it.
and as missy said... it goes in ur bow / shield spot
