im sorry , this may sound harsh but this is the truth and what i think about it.
Render sux, Coulours dont mix well and only thing u can really see is the Render of the SM and its really hard to see whats supposed to be on the left of the sig. Also the Fonts are kinda bad. and it doesnt blend well at all

If you took out the red on the left and kept it only green and blue (and white) for the bg i think it'd mold a lot better. That's the problem with very active BGs, ya hafta have a focal point - and it has to be where the eye would naturally rest (ie: center).
I'd give 4/10; I've seen a lot worse and you've done good - just not wise render positioning and using more than 3~4 colors. You could get away with more colors, if the texture wasn't so active. With more active backgrounds, usually less is more when it comes to color :)
