ahhh there is a Guide somewhere around here:))
But letts see,there are basically 3 stepps:
Nr1 stepp: u need a Cheos weapen +minimum +4+opt
Creatting cheos weapen: Mix a non exe item +min4+opt( use item from hearts +10/+11/+12/+13) + 1 cheos in Noria at cheos Machine (s3)
Nr2 stepp : Cheos weapen +4+opt +1 cheos will make lvl1 wings
Nr3 stepp: lvl1 wings +4+opt+1 cheos will mix a lvl2 wings, u can raize the chance at succed here by adding a exe item +4+opt
