Oh believe me, we have made a whole lot of +13 items...
To give an example, we once made some second class wings just for the heck of it.
We got Wings of Soul+L+life, so just for the heck of it we upgraded it... To +13 in a row, no fails!
We've got a whole list of cool items like this one at +13... :P
Come on, it's easy... ^^

I disagree with this, any item i have put through the CM be it +L or not, has failed. Same as jewels and getting items to +9

also disagree, ive failed 7 items +L in a row once, all going from +9 to +10... just cos you got lucky a couple of times doesnt mean all the percentages need to be changed.

u must be having a lucky strike then :P i dont think it should be changed. i hate the cm, it ate my whole exc wind set +L didnt even get pass +10 i wanted to cry  dam u cm!!!!!! the only thing it likes to do is make wings, everything else it likes to eat

well i have been here since december of 2006, and if the cm was really that successful, even at season 4
i would have had all my exe sets to +13
i only made anibus+13 non luck, after losing like 16 other anubis trying to make it, all my rest lost at +11, heras, keg, eclipse, u name it..
SO really CM is fine wer it is....No need to make any changes
staff is busy trying to rid of bugs, way b4 they can think of a CM change.

succes rate is good as it is now i think ^^ .. ive had 70% many times and still failed alot more times then i succeded the combination.. leave the succes rate as it is is my suggestion ^^
