You can now buy the Talisman of Luck from the "TC PCP" Shop in Loren Market.

Prices are as follows (as they are not displayed in-game):
- Talisman of Luck+2 (+3% inc. chance) = 33.000 PC Points (aka 300 TC)
- Talisman of Luck+3 (+4% inc. chance) = 44.000 PC Points (aka 400 TC)
- Talisman of Luck+4 (+5% inc. chance) = 55.000 PC Points (aka 500 TC)
- Talisman of Luck+5 (+7% inc. chance) = 77.000 PC Points (aka 700 TC)
- Talisman of Luck+6 (+9% inc. chance) = 99.000 PC Points (aka 900 TC)
(basically every +1% inc. chance = 100TC)

The Talisman of Luck will also be dropping in-game just as the Talisman of Chaos Assembly, from about the same places and at about the same rates.

The in-game drops will be:
- Talisman of Luck+0 (+1% inc. chance)
- Talisman of Luck+1 (+2% inc. chance)

In-game drops will become active starting from the next maintenance, which will be sometime early next week.

*Note: You can add more Talismans of Luck at once in the same CM Combination to increase the chances even further.
**Note: The max % chance for leveling up items in the CM is 75%, so even with this Talisman of Luck you cannot go over that percentage.
